Suggest Treatment For Cloudy Urine In A Child

Hi my baby is 12 months old i got his laboratory result his pus cells is 0-3 rbc is 0-1 but his urine is cloudy and the pedia said that the alkaline in the urine is liitle bit high its 8.0 and trace with albumin can you pls help me what is albumin in the urine thanks

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Cloudy urine in a child with normal pus cells and RBCs with traces of albumin could be due to acute infection of kidneys. It may be glmerulonephritis or nephrotic syndrome, which needs to be investigated and treated.
Kindly get a 24 hours urine protein test done and consult Pediatrician for appropriate evaluation and management.
