hi I need an audiologist . My name is Samaneh I am 36 years old and I newly arrived in Montreal .I cached cold and my ears are blocked from inside . what should I do because I don t have my insurance card yet. I used cold medicine and even oximetazoline Spray for 2 days , my cold is relief now but my ears blocked yet. what should I do.

U should use anti-inflammatory- decongestant combination tablets eg. Diominic-DCA and also continue nose drops for 5 more days. In addition use should perform valsalva manoeuvre about 10 times a day to unblock your eustachian tube.
Valsava is forceful blowing after pinching Of nose and mouth also closed.
Even after week there is no significant improvement then u should go to audiologist
