Hi welcome to the health care magic

As here chronic cough history present pneumonia, COPD, lung mass, allergy like causes can be there

Your work up done as follow...
-Chest x ray
-Auscultation
-Spirometry
-sputum examination
-MRI only if needed

According to above work up Your cause will be clear and accordingly further treatment prescribed

If bronchoconstriction present than bronchodilator will be prescribed

For pneumonia consolidation medication prescribed according to culture
