Suggest Treatment For Chronic Sinusitis

i was in vietnam for 9 months back ln 1968-1969. i think this is when i contracted sinusitis. is this possible. I now have chronic sinusitis and have had 3 operations and a medication i have to take for the rest of my life. i was on a gun boat patrolling all the rivers.
