Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
Chronic hip pain on left side may be due to 1. Monoarticular arthritis may be tuberculosis 2. Avascular necrosis of femoral head 3. Some tumour in hip. Since radiograph is not showing anything you should go for Mri of left hip. MRI give details of bony and soft tissue abnormalities and help in early detection of pathology. Visit radiologist nearby you and get mri detection. And if it shows positive report take a visit to orthopaedic surgeon.
