Suggest Treatment For Chronic Pain And Fibromyalgia
I m a 57 year old male with chronic pain and fibromyAlgia. My pain clinic has me on several pain meds and Cymbalta This morning I discovered a 3 diameter blood stain in the front of my underwear, some discharge during the night I m guessing. I ve urinated there/four times today with no pain But am wondering and worried about this blood stain. What could this be?

This was a blood clot and may be due to these reasons , these include:
1 Urinary tract calculus ,any where in the urinary system . Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of urinary tract system.
2 Side effects of any pain medication sometimes causes blood dyscrasias.
3 Hyper tension produces blood clotting ,diagnosis can be confirmed by blood pressure examination including lipid profile . Because your age is 57 years and without any reason ,this type of blood clot is a cause of concern.
So in my opinion consult a primary care physician and get his opinion.
However , there are so many other reasons like prostate enlargement or bleeding disorder.
