Suggest Treatment For Chronic Muscle Fatigue

a patient presents to the clinic the complaint of chronic muscle fatigue. several times the patient has choked on soft wet food the patient also shows early signs of diaphragm weakness. upon checking the history you find out that the first signs of a problem was that the patient has severe difficulties moving arms, legs, hands, and feet. what is your diagnosis?

He should also be investigated for calcium level and electrolytes to see their level. He should also investigated for thyroid function test and blood sugar and kidney function test.
