I have chronic insominia and have recently been taking double the dose to be able to sleep; I have diabetes and my blood sugars have recently been shooting up to 200 to almost 300. I'm on 1000mg metformin TID. I have been eating better and exercising recently so I don't know why my sugars are suddenly so high except I have increased the dose of ambien to sleep??? any help??? thanks!
