Suggest Treatment For Chronic Hematoma

I am 9w3d pregnant..three days before found bleeding at midnight.i rushed to my dr and did my u/s and found it was twin and heartbeat iis pretty good..was diagnosed with sub chronic hematoma and asked for complete bed rest..but till it was dusty brown colour discharge is there whenever i pee.do i need to worry..??i m 25 years old and this is my first pregnancy..

Based on the history you have shared, I would ask you to get your clotting profile done, complete blood counts, Ddmiers etc along with that ultrasound pelvis should be repeated and need to get gynaecologist review.
