Hello,

Among the medications you have been using, Amlopres causes constipation. Also as the age advances, bowel motility decreases and that may lead to constipation. My suggestions are as follows:
1) Take high fiber diet.
2) Take more fruits and vegetables
3) Take syrup Looz 10-15 ml before sleep.
4) Daily physical exercise for at least 30 mins is necessary
5) Drink at least 12 big glasses of water in a day.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
