Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain , Throat Pain And Stomach Ache
I m having chest pain that also radiates in my throat and stomach. I have a history of GERD and have taken Zantac. My medication I m on is 25 mg of Zantac, 50mg Xanax per day, and 100 mg perday of zolft. It feels like something is stuck in my esophagus

Your findings may indicate GERD.
You may need proper medicines and few investigations.
Investigations include upper GI endoscopy.Biopsy can be done if needed.
You may need proton pump inhibitor like pantoprazole 40 mg and domperidone 10 mg half hour before food.
