Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Between Shoulder Blades

I have had sudden chest pains (more in the center) off and on over the last year. When it comes it feels like someone punches me in the chest. I have a hard time catching my breath and everything goes black for a second. Last night it hapened again and lasted a long time. The pain was also between my shoulder blades. Today I still have a heavy feeeling in my chest, feel very tires, and my vision seems to be blurred. I am a 41 year old male.

HI
Well come to HCM
Any quality of chest pain should be taken seriously and brought to investigation particularly after 40 years of age, and best test is EKG, because this could be cardiac pain, if the test comes unremarkable then such condition could be due to GERD (Gastroesophageal reflux Disease) because of hyperacidity this is happening, and for this "Tab Omeprazole and Domperidone can be tried once in day, hope this information helps, take care.
