Suggest Treatment For Chest Congestion And Weakness

i am 33 and have been sick for a week now. i have chest congestion and i am so weak.. my head feels fine.. My body is a really weak.. It is not going away and i have a trip at the end of the week to get bettre for.. What could i have and what could i take?!?!?!?
