Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that the symptoms of burning, itching and allergy on face are all due to allergic reaction to Tacrolimus ointment and the symptoms that you are experiencing are due to it..

I would suggest you to avoid using the ointment again and you should wash your face thorough with cold water as it reduces inflammation and burning..
You should also take anti allergics like Levocetrizine or benadryl to relieve itching and discomfort..
Apply cooled aloevera gel over the face..
Do cool compresses over the face..
You should avoid using any other ointments or creams over face especially steroid creams as they can further be damaging to the face..

Consult a Dermatologist soon and get evaluated..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
