Hello,

Your symptoms are suggestive of herpes infection. Please follow up with your ObGyn for confirmation of diagnosis. Treatment with retroviral like valacyclovir can reduce the duration, intensity, and frequency of the issue. Your partner will also need treatment and practice safe sex practices to prevent transmission.

Hope this answers your question
