Suggest Treatment For Bumps On Upper Lips

I have small bumps on the upper rim of my lips. It spreads around my mouth and nose and now around my eyes. The bumps don t crust over but don t go away and keep spreading. Can this be herpes even though I don t get sores, just bumps? It s been going on for about five years now. Can this be a fungus?

Hi, Thanks for choosing HCM,
I got through your question, it is neither herpes nor fungus. It is simple Sebaceous gland hyperplasia
you are not mentioned age, it is common in young adults due to hormonal hyperactivity.
1) Use nonirritant face wash.
2) Tab isotretinoin 10mg daily
3) use Benzoyl peroxide 3.5% on the visible lesions.
Hope this will give good result.
Good luck
