hi Dr.... My boyfriend in the last few months has had these bump like things show up on his penis that eventually turn to scabs... we have been together for 5 yrs and literally only been with eachother the whole time since we began dating... i had a pap done last oct. and everything was fine....i has STD free... we are worried that it could be cancer or something... they do not itch or anything he says but when they turn to scabs they do hurt... this last scab is about the size of a penny and looks to me almost like carpet burn... and it began as bumps.... do you have any idea what this could be?
