Suggest Treatment For Bumps Near Ear Piercing Site

My question is that i have a big bump on the back of my on my left side near the hole of the gauges and i was trying to pop it but blood came out after that my bump turned purple where i popped the and theres more on the top of my left ear i hv a piercing too but theres a small bump then i stop putting piercings anymore same thing on my right too buh its small the bump is near the hole same thing as left..wat is the best thing to cure this?...

I believe that the piercing is infected and you may need to use antibacterial creams on it. Attach a photo on reports and I can give you a better opinion.
