Suggest Treatment For Bump On Elbow

This question is concerning my boyfriends elbow. This morning his elbow was fine then when I get home from work his elbow has a big bump on it and it feels quishy like there s liquid or puss in it. He says it doesn t hurt. He cant get to his doctor until Monday and I just wanted to know if it could wait that long. He says he was leaning on his elbow at around 2pm and shortly after that it started and he says its gotten bigger since then. He is also convinced that this is linked with a spider bite he got 6 months ago. The spider was the size of a dime and he saw the spider bite him before he killed it.

I understand your concern.
See, a cystic or pus-filled swelling after 6 month of a spider bite is quite unlikely. It might be because of some other reasons.
There can be some injury following which an infection leading to pus could have occurred.
Do the following-
Dont manipulate with it
Take tab coamoxyclav 625 thrice daily for 3 -5 days
Maintain cleanliness of the area
Take tab paracetamol 650 SOS if painful
