It seems that there was some hemotoma(blood collection) in your brest that usually gets resolved by itself but if its still there after tens of days and it is hurting then in my opinion you need to get it seen by a doctor. Doctor might order a breast ultrasound to check what is inside if it s a mass or liquid bleed, sometimes liquid bleed can be evacuated with a needle.
