Hello,

You sound very stressed up. Just relax and for discomfort due to acid reflux, take antacids and PPIs for relief. Be careful what you eat, taking wrong diet will trigger acid reflux. Avoid oily fatty food, junk food, spicy food. Take food in time. Avoid carbs, full fat dairy products, trans fat, food that takes a long time to digest( red meat, cheese, etc.). Take well cooked whole cereals, lean meat, vegetarian protein, small fish, green veggies, fruits, berries, etc.

Avoid constipation, take laxatives to feel better. Since you have hurt your toe, you should get it clinically examined to detect any major or minor fracture. You will be treated accordingly, you are suggested to give rest to your foot. Take pain relieving medicines like Combiflam / Naproxen, one SOS after food. For bruises, apply Soframycin cream. It will help to relieve discomfort.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
