Suggest Treatment For Brown Spots On Legs And Arms
Hello, about 3 weeks ago I got a rash or hives over my entire body. My PA put me on steriods, clariton and benadril. The first 2 days they itched then after that no itch just rash or hives. I went to the dermatologist and they added zantac 150 mg 2x a day clariton 10mg 2x day. Nothing took away the rash/hives. Now the rash in gone but has now turned into brown spots that are very dry mostly on my legs an arms not sure what this could be any help??

The rash appears to be not just simple urticaria, it seems to had vasculitic component.
Hence, it left post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
Use emofect cream twice daily, dermadew soap for bathing
It will lighten up
Review after 15 days
