Suggest Treatment For Breathing Difficulty When Diagnosed With Laryngitis

I have had severe laryngitis, like no voice at all, for 3-4 days and an my left ear is goopy and a little bloody and it hurts. But for about for about 4 days now i have had trouble breathing, minimal coughing, but what I do cough up is green and very thick. Severe wheezing and chest pain and exhaustion. ? ?
