Suggest Treatment For Bone Marrow Edema In The Left Shoulder

Hello for six months until today I have bone marrow oedema in the left shoulder (I know from tomography , it  has some fluid in the shoulder  and it was writing that all the others are fine) I have taken many and heavy pills , heating creams and didnt pass I ve been to three different doctors and   all said different things for my problem . At these 6 months i havent lift anything heavy or weight lifting i stopped them all from day 1 when i had this pain. It doesnt pain if im motionless or sleeping only when i make specific movements. Please answer and help me when it will pass and what should i do more im desperated . Thanks!! (Im 17 and always been an athlete)

Hello,

Your condition is normal, just some swelling which is causing you shoulder restriction with pain. You need to take NSAIDs with calcium supplements and also go for physiotherapy. You will be recovered soon.
