Suggest Treatment For Blurred Vision And Burning Sensation In The Eyes
I have been having problems with my eyes. They burn as if they are dried out, but water as if I m crying at the same time. Plus I ve been having blurred vision and with this a loss of energy to the point I can t stay awake. Lightheaded during this too. Now I feel like I can t control the muscles around my right eye down my face to my upper lip. Help please.

complete eye examination is required which include refraction strip-test to-asses tear secretion. if refractive error is detected it should be corrected by specs. for dry eye refresh eye teardrop should be applied three times daily

refraction should be done by ophthalmologist. fundus examination can be done. use refresh eye tear eye drop. problem appears to be neurological function of orbicular is oculi and palpebral superioris is to betested. function of facial nerve to be tested facial palsy is to be excluded. Diagnosis can be made after clinical examination.
