Suggest Treatment For Blood In Stool And Constipation

Hi I am 27 yr old women working in a software company. i see that the area in the upper anus looks slightly swollen and soft and also when bleeding with stools after constipation. I see that when i touch it there is a swollen nerve feeling but at the side part of the anus opening. this goes away in few days. but most often i end up like this after i get constipation. do i have internal hemaeroid. please let me know where i can meet proctologist in chennai and i prefer a lady doctor

This sounds like possible hemorrhoids or anal fissure and constipations may just worsen your symptoms such as pain and bleeding.YOu need to soften your stool by diet and stool softeners, use sitz baths and mild steroid cream. If there is noi improvement, you should see proctologist.
