Suggest Treatment For Blood From Ear And Stiffness In Shoulder

Hi, About a month ago I was cleaning my ears with a Qtip and had blood come from both ears. After that I started getting this popping noise when I move my head back to front. Also my shoulders are very stiff and down my spine. it hurts to cross my arms and I have a slight headache. Oh and my ears hurt some fell like on a airplane. Hope u can help Mark

Based on the described symptoms it looks to be a case of ruptured ear drum/tympanic membrane.You need a ear examination to rule out/confirm the same.Regarding shoulder pain,my advise would be to have physiotherapy beside Ibuprofen and muscle relaxant thiocolchicoside.Get them prescribed from your local doctor.
