Suggest Treatment For Blood Clots In The Right Eye

I m having problems with my eyes ever since I had my head slammed into the edge of a table at school working with an unruly student. I was hit in my left temple. I also had two blood clots near the retina of my right eye the day after the incident. Found during a routine eye check. I have headaches, fatigue, double vision at times and extreme eye crossing. It seems to be getting worse. One eye dr did put in a prism on my left lens of my glasses but after 3 weeks no improvement. Any ideas what I should do now?

Hello,

You have to go back to your eye doctor and work on that. If prisms don't help, in two or three months usually surgery is advised.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Harshita, Ophthalmologist
