Suggest Treatment For Blocked Artery Causing Severe Pain In Leg While Walking
Hi a few years ago I was told I have a blocked artery and the specialist said he was reluctant to operate as I could lose my leg the leg now gets very tired even after 100yards or so is that it nothing can be done I hope you can help me many thanks Howard Mays

If the narrowing is severe, and symptoms are progressive, this might need surgical intervention. Kindly see a vascular surgeon for the same. Depending on condition of the vessel, we can go for angioplasty or grafting.
Also, we have to strictly control the underlying cause also, like diabetes, hypertension, smoking or vasculitis Your doctor will discuss in more details.
