Suggest Treatment For Blockage In Main Arteries And SVT

I have just been released from the hospital. I was treated for atrial flutter. I was shocked back into rhythm. They also found fifty percent blockage in my main artery and seventy percent blockage in another artery. Doctor recommended blood, thinner, beta blocker and cholesterol mess, not surgery. I,am 53, 6 0, 235 lbs, muscular and a competitive handball player. I went to the emergency room for an SVT on Memorial Day this year as well. I am very uncomfortable with not having a stent or some type of surgery to take care of this. What do you suggest.

Hi,

There is indication for stent placement [we see risk ratio benefit]. You must not come into those indications. These are stemi / nstemi and other. Take all those medication and keep a eye on blood cholesterol and diet [these two are long term predictors of outcomes] these are few simple recommendations which will help in long term. After 20 to 30 days lipid profile and blood sugar should be tested.

Do sahaj samadhi meditation programme of art of living [researches show its natural healing elements in similar history patients seen] sukshm yoga is very good and breathing exercises of ombw is helpful. Few tips for day to day diet are [take fruits in abundant, vegetables, salads, oats, beans, olive oil is good, arginine rich nuts, and strictly avoid caffeine, alcohol, smoking area, white sugar can be replaced by jaggery [basically alcohol, BP, cholestrol, diabetes, smoking, heavy lift]. Take your medicines as prescribed and you may take another cardiologist's opinion.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
