Suggest Treatment For Blockage In Heart And Irregular Heart Beat

My husband had a heart cath on last Wednesday he had no symptons of any heart problems he just went in for an annual physical his Dr, said his ekg showed a slight irregular heart beat so she referred him to a cardiologist the heart cath showed a 100% blockage in one artery he is referring us back to our cardiologist tomorrow but how is something like this treated like I said he has absolutely no symptons of anything his blood pressure is good no cholesterol problems basically very health he is 64 weigh 230 stands 6Ft 4in, just wanna get an idea what to expect from our cardiologist tomorrow thanks for your input.....

Guidelines suggest that a patient should under go Angioplasty or coronary artery bypass if he is stmptomatic, so if your husband id totally asymptomatic then he doesnt need to undergo any invasive procedure
