Suggest Treatment For Bloating After Eating Gluten
hey so for lunch today i ate a pie and ever since then i’ve felt sick and bloated, i do get bloated from eating gluten but i still make the mistake of eating it, also i just finished work and come home and my face is hot and a bit red i don’t know what’s happening but i’ll do anything to avoid vomiting

The possibility of food poisoning or gluten intolerance or lactulose intolerance. Take a soft diet, drink plenty of liquids. Use a tablet Zofer twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
