General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the eruptions on legs and knee cap indicate underlying hematoms with fluid filling up. The best curative guidelines are as follows:
- Keep the part clean with antiseptic liquid or soap
- Local application of Polymycin or Neomycin cream
- Do not puncture the blisters to avoid secondary bacterial infection within
- Prescription of beta lactam, cephalosporin or others susceptible to gram positive aerobics bugs.
- Keep blood sugar under control

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
