Suggest Treatment For Bleeding Hemorrhoids

I have bleeding hemmorides. Emergency Dr. Order anucort HC (6 days) worth. I m on the 5 the doe of the suppositories still bleeding. My colon is paining will it hurt me to take valium? And how long will it take for the suppositions to stop the bleeding? Thank you for you help. I really appreciate you.

Hello....
Bleeding heamorrhoids with painful condition is a serous concern. You did not mention regarding any mass protruding during defecation. You are taking good drugs for haemorrhoids. But if not relived then some changes in drugs can help you.
In my opinion, you take Tab Calcium Dobicilate at bed time, Tab Tramadol for pain, Ointment Xylocaine local application in anus before defecation and some luxatives to avoid constipation like Lactulose syrup 10-20 ml at bed time.
Along with these you have to take precaution like don't strain during defecation, eat more fibers diet and take some Hematinic drugs along with food to increase hemoglobin as you are bleeding to avoid anemia.
