Suggest Treatment For Black Dots On The Forehead.

hello doctor, I have lot of black dots on my forehead and now it is spreading slowly over my surface of ear. This black dots are not causing any inconvenience to me (like itching or irritation). Currently am applying tretin 0.05% cream. Can you guide me further on this ?? Many thanks

Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
It seems like you are having open comedones or blackheads, which are basically a type of acne.
Any cosmetics or medication can block the pores and cause acne.

Keep continuing tretinoin gel at night time for few weeks to months.

Use a gentle cleanser for oily skin like cetaphil OS on regular basis.
Drink plenty of water and take fresh fruits and vegetable in your diet.
