Hi, I have a feeling i may have something alng the lines of bipolar, but i also have other syptoms aswell but whenever i go down to see my doctor i find it hard to explain and always seem to admit the full truth, how do you suggest i go about this and recieve a proffessional diagnosis on what is going on in my head?
To diagnose a case of bipolar disorder, both depressive and manic episode should be present. If you have past history of both these episode, then you have underline bipolar disorder. You should consult a psychiatrist. Treatment could be possible after diagnosis and for confirmation, you should consult a psychiatrist. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
Thanks
