Suggest Treatment For Bilateral Nerve Root Sleeve Cysts/arachnoid Cyst In Brain

My symptoms:

a) hoarse voice (since about 1 yr)

b) slurred speech (since about 6 months)

c) swallowing difficulty (since about 4 months)

d) right thumb weakness

e) lately (last 2 weeks) cramps in forearms and calves



My Test Findings -

A) MRI 1.5 Tesla

a) exaggerated cervical lordosis

b) focal postero-central disc bulge at C2-C3 and C3-C4 disc level causing indentation of the anterior thecal sac

c) bilateral nerve root sleeve cysts (Tarlov cysts) noted

d) arachnoid cysts in the brain about 65 cc - at left peri-sylvian region

B) ENT inspection

a) shows - left vocal cord paralysis
