Suggest Treatment For Bent Penile Shaft

I haven t had much sex in my lifetime, but the last few times me and my partner have had sex, I can t get my penis in the correct angle and even when she helps guide me in, I made her bleed by missing the vagina and getting the area between the anus and the vaginal opening. How can I angle correctly so this doesn t keep happening.

Understand your concern.
Following are the cause of your problem:
1. Peyronie's disease: Fibrous tissue and inflammation
2. Penile fracture in past can cause bent penis
3. Contracture of tissue

You should consult the surgeon.
Ultimate best treatment is surgery. But you can try medicine and penile prosthesis
You can try this for 6-12 months before surgery

1. Corticosteroid injections into the fibrous band of tissue
2. Vitamin E tablet oraly
3. Radiation therapy
4. Shock wave lithotripsy
5. Verapamil injection
6. Penile prosthesis

Surgery
Main indication is difficulties in sex.

1. Removal of the plaque and grafting with a patch of tissue
2. Removal of tissue from the side of the penis opposite the plaque
3. A device can be implanted in the penis to increase its rigidity,
combined with incisions and skin grafts
