Suggest Treatment For Bacterial Vaginosis
Hi Doc, I was diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis based on my papsmear so my ob prescribed me Albothyl. I started inserting one today before bedtime but I have the following questions. 1) What if my period arrived at the middle of my treatment? Shall I stop using Albothyl? 2) Is it alright to wear underwear after inserting Albothyl? Thanks, Joan

In my opinion you can use the drugs even during period but if not convenient the start the course after period if they are near but sometimes doctor prescribe a long course in that case you can take a gap between the treatment days.
