Suggest Treatment For Bacterial Infection In A Diabetic Person

my father has been diagnosed with leg ulcers. The wound on both his legs are very big. Doctors have ordered a number of tests such as culture.swab.biopsy.etc. Only bacterial infection has been confirmed as positive. Fungal and malignant tissues infection are negative. Please assist with the right kind of medication. He is over 70 years old and not diabetic?

If he is a diabetic person than first diabetes should be in control.
For leg ulcer you should investigate for vericose veins also. As in vericose veins there will be vericose ulcers.
So you should go for ultrasound for leg viens also and consult surgeon.
