I fell down the stairs on Monday I slipped and landed on my back on the steps yesterday I coughed and fell in the floor from pain and couldn t get up for 1 hour now having trouble moving have back spasms and fingers and feet are numb should I see a doctor

Yes you should see doctor since this may be some specific injury of spine since tingling may indicate such injuries. I don't think this is vertebral fracture bit it may be contusion or back hematoma so it would be good to see doctor in every case.
