Suggest Treatment For Back Pain, Moderate Headache And Painful Stiff Neck

I have an 18 year old daughter that presented with back pain 5 days ago. Yesterday she developed a pretty moderate headache, fever as high as 102.5 and painful stiff neck. Went to doctor, sent us to Dr. ER did blood work, urine sample & l.p.. all results in normal range. Urine may be suspect treated w macrodantin. Today headache and back pain worsened, but neck pain and fever maybe gone. Can this be the flu? Do I sit tight or if when should I take her back

HI
I really appreciate your concern, this could be viral infection and it may take some time to come around till then condition can be managed symptomatically, hydration would be matter of concern, and second is secondary infection and one must be alert for this if the condition is not improving then it need to be brought to investigation, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
