Suggest Treatment For Back Pain And Painful Urination

HI I was having lower right back pain and alittle discomfort urinating the dr ordered a UA/C&S I got the Ua back at work and it showed 3+ blood 4-10 RBC 3+ Squamous 1+ Bacteria... I am in a great deal of pain but he would perscribe anything till i saw him because im on coumadin.

Hello,

It could be a kidney stone. I suggest you try Tylenol for a few days and drink plenty of water. Tamsulosine will probably also help but you need a prescription for that. You also have a CT urography.
