Suggest Treatment For Back Pain And Erectile Dysfunction

Dear sir, I am Suresh and my age is 23. I am a software engineer. I have started masturbation at the age of 15. Frankly I masturbate daily in the night times. I have ready so many articles in which they mentioned daily masturbation is Over masturbation and can lead to many health problems like erectal dis-functionality and back pain and other. I also have listened your programs in TV where you have mentioned masturbation don t effect health. But you haven t discussed about over masturbation. The only thing that bothering me is my height is 5.10 and weight is 60Kgs. I am lean. After reading those articles from internet I started thinking over masturbation lead me to be lean. Kindly please suggest me that daily masturbation is over masturbation lead to health problems or not and if yes please suggest me how many times per day or per week is good for health

Hi,

Erection problems can have many causes. These include Physical problems, such as injury to nerves or loss of blood supply to the penis.

Other health problems, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, anxiety, and depression.Side effects of certain medicines. Stress. Drinking too much alcohol or smoking.

The exam, lab tests, and sometimes mental health tests can help find out the cause of the problem.

Treatment is based on cause and includes avoiding tobacco and drugs and limiting alcohol.

Also, talking about the issue with your partner, doing sensual exercises, and getting counselling may be beneficial. Finding and then stopping medicines that may be causing the problem.

In some cases you can take a different medicine that doesn't cause erection problems. Taking prescription medicine that can help you get erections.

These include pills such as sildenafil (for example, Viagra), tadalafil (for example, Cialis). In most cases, this is sufficient for treatment but you should just be patient and do necessary tests.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ivan R. Rommstein, General Surgeon
