White coated tongue, spots on roof of mouth, tongue burning, lower back pain (confirmed arthritis) neck pain, shoulder pain, ankles, wrists, I have one finger on left hand that locks up on me at night when sleeping. Extreme fatigue upon exertion. This really bothers me. I cant do anything without being tired and just have to sit down or lay down. Don t sleep well. Was on Ambien, switched to Restoril, now on Remeron. Diagnosed with depression take Wellbutrin and Effexor.
