Suggest Treatment For Arthritis Pain And Stiff Back

I have been treated for lyme but still undiagnosed via western blot. None of the strains were positive. Aftewr taking 4 weeks of doxycycline in July I am starting to get some of my arthitis pain and stiffness back again. where can I seek help? I was probably bit in May 2015 and had early disseminated lyme

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are wondering for treatment for arthritis pain and stiff back . I would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe physical therapy , vitamin D 3 to may bones strong and light stretching exercises to make muscle strong . Doctor may prescribe ketoprofen or naproxen for pain and Capsaicin . Doctor may also prescribe methotrexate . For now your can take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain , apply warm compresses to back and take proper rest . Also drink plenty of water .
