Suggest Treatment For Anxiety, Depression And Difficulty In Falling Asleep

I am 25 years old with a family history of the problem of depression. I face difficulty in sleeping and have vivid dreams. My mind is constantly occupied with thoughts when I go to sleep and hence I cannot sleep peacefully. The same is the situation when I sit idle, my mind is occupied with thoughts. Also, I get anxious very easily and have abnormal breathing also. I start feeling tingling in the fingers and fast heartbeat. ( my BP remains normal) Although there isn t any stress factor for me at present...all is well...however there have been stressful moments in the past. I haven t consulted any psychiatrist before but have tried the relaxation techniques and home remedies. I have been away from hoe for studies for past 10 years and switch places frequently. Hence it is difficult for me to take consultation on a personal meet. Hence, I opted for online consultation. I have witnessed many people from within the family who have benefitted with medicinal help in depression and I understand it is essential to treat the symptoms. However, I am also a little skeptical about the side effects such medicines can have. I understand my issues and am open to make efforts to treat my problem through alternative therapies or solutions also. Kindly advise what can be done to make me feel healthier and better.

Psychotherapy can help, take Niravam per day for a week not more than that, in your case as tried many things also! Must do one workshop of breathing technique. It prevents relapse if combine with medicine, take a follow up from your psychologist after treatment.
