Suggest Treatment For Anxiety And Panic Attacks
hello my name is lynn and I am 54 years old and I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks I got stung by a wasp about 45 minutes ago and I haven t been stung in a year. I am an over worrier and having anxiety and shaking wondering if I am allergic. I hate being like this

Your symptoms seem to be related to anxiety. I suggest using an anxiolytic such as Xanax for a short period of time such as one month. I also recommend to use a vitamin B supplement.
