Suggest Treatment For Anxiety And Insomnia

I was placed on seroquil 200mg, 2 weeks ago, I am bi-polar dealing w/ anxiety and insomnia. I was only getting 3-4 hours of sleep. The seroquil is working quite well. 1. I am concerned about my hands shaking. 2. And once a day during sleep I experience a deep painful stabbing feeling in my thigh muscle, it only happens 1x during sleep. It feels like a very large syringe being stabbed in the muscle on the outside of my left thigh almost to the bone. The pain is so painful my leg jumps upward, it has happened for 4-5 times, now becoming nightly. Now, I cannot feel the outside of my left thigh muscle.
