Suggest Treatment For Antral Erosion
Hello Doctor, I am 38 yr old male with heavy stomach pain about 10/10. recently underwent hemorroidectomy soon after 3 days my stomach pain started worsening and consulted a gastrologist, he done endoscopy and found to be antral erosions. So please kindly in your clinical opinion what type of treatment should i under go to heal my pain..?

Erosive gastritis can be treated with medications like Nexium and sulcralfate along with an ulcer diet that eliminates fried and fatty foods and acidic foods like tomatoes, citrus fruits, and caffeine containing beverages.
I would also screen you for an H pylori stomach infection since, if you have that, you need a course of antibiotics
